a SMAS Facelift?

Step 1
Based on the individual hairline, incisions are made from the front or back of the ear to the back hairline, then the wrinkled areas are separated.

The sagging SMAS layer, skin, and fat layers are pulled in different directions, and the excess skin is removed.
Step 3
The pulled skin and SMAS layer are securely fixed and sutured.

Manipulating the SMAS Layer
After manipulating the SMAS layer beneath, the skin above it needs to be repositioned. Facial aging can be caused by loss of skin elasticity, which leads to fine wrinkles.
